I don't know if this endorsement would mean much to anyone. The Photo
editor at the Indianapolis Star recommended the Sigma 14/2.8 as a more
affordable alternative compared to the Canon or Nikon. They shoot all
digital there and the paper supplied the photographers with this lens.
