Apparently someone should also point out that these types of
discussion are grossly offtopic, if only because there several other
forums available.
And to add insult to injury, the original poster asked for private
replies (good), which you and others simply ignored (bad^2).
If you want me to allow OT-questions in the future, don't turn them
into OT-discussions, but reply privately, like it was requested....if
the original poster is not smart enough to ask the question on the
most appropriate list (where he would get the best answers, *and* a
public discussion), then please don't add insult to injury by
ignoring the second rule, about replying in private mail.
And some of you being long-time members makes this even more
annoying....you *know* the list policy....
