I'm tired of this discussion. I will concede on every point. However
pentax introduced 7 layer SMC coatings in 1971, two years before canon.
I looked it up.
You have indicted my experience as valueless compared to yours, and you
certainly looked up all the relavent statistics on the Canon lenses,
making my guessing and estimating pretty poor in comparison, so my
confidence is shot. I will no longer believe my own eyes or
intelligence or certainly not the things I read (unless they are written
by yourself).
I apologize for asserting opinion I have read or report of my experience
and wasting the groups time. I promise never to do it again unless I
have notorized and juried proof.
