f/Calc gives hyperfocal distance for any lens.  There's a version of it for
PalmOS 1.14.

I think the primary requirement for this software would be that it is quick and
easy to use.  I have seen some very complex software that is really impressive
but as it becomes more complex it loses its core function of quickly and
accurately collecting data.
