If couplings aren't very important I guess the easiest solution would be to pick up a
new aftermarket extension tube. Maybe not as cheap as getting it second hand, but a
new one isn't that expensive.
And, well, I'm having trouble controlling my curiousity here... What are you going to
do with it? I've figured out that you want to attach one of your EF-lenses to
something, but then...
