Adaptall->M42 adapters can be found rather cheap on 
flea-markets....don't think I paid more than US$5 for mine....:))
(just in case; don't have any Adaptall lens....;))

And an M42->EOS adapter should be mandatory equipment for any 
photographer with Frankenstein tendencies anyway....;))
