Hi.
No it's not uncommon at all. If I'm not mistaken, all the cameras they tested
(even the top-of-the line cameras like the F5) have this inaccuracy. Whether
or not it makes an actual difference in practice: the hell if I know.
Side note: If memory serves me right, the Elan 7E *seems* to have a smaller
'shift' than the Elan IIE.
And thank for letting me know that Pop Photo FINALLY has a web site. Took them
long enough to stop being AOL exclusive.
