Hi.
I have, a few times, used some canon lenses with the IS feature, an i'm
obvisly aweare of the effects this feature has on the picture . However, can
onyone tell me how these things actualy WORK??? Does it cut away a small
portion of the image's edges to maintain stability on the remaining part, or
to "have room to work with", so to speak?
