Hi Alex, Even for a camera without a histogram feature, and only a limited number of shutter speed/aperture combinations, the G1 flash system is so bad that even EX flashes can be incompatible. Now that tripod legs, tripod heads, camera straps and gadget bags are now officially part of the EOS System (or at least appear in the latest EOS System brochure), does that mean that there could be future incompatibilities in areas other than lens and flash?
