Hello, I have a EOS A2e with a 550ex and several lens. I use my Canon 24-85mm a lot. In mid-September I plan to shoot bicycle racers (including Lance Armstrong) at the San Francisco Grand Prix. I look forward to using my new flash. Last year I didn't have the flash and many racer's faces had shadows.
My question is, how much time will my flash need to recharge inbetween shots and how much can I improve this by getting a power booster? What kind (brand and model) of power pack do you recommend?
