Yes, but.  They are certainly not in the class of the
theives that permeate much of the New York photo
retailing scene, but...

Be aware that their web site does NOT show real time
inventory, so just because it's on their web site
doesn't mean it's in stock.  And based on my
experience ordering some Canon gear, I wouldn't put
any faith in their estimates of when they WILL be in
stock.  They led me along for 4 or 5 weeks (it'll be
in by Friday, my buyer assures me") on my last order
of a Canon body, during which time B&H's web site
showed them getting stock several times.
