After shooting with my 1V+PB-E2 & 28-135 IS and EX 550 over 11 hours during wedding 
last summer, I noticed that my hands had really gotten some extra excercise. If you 
have to shoot all the day often and lift that 3 kg weight, say, 1000 times from your 
waist up to your face, it makes pretty nice figures of weightlifting in all.
