Thanks Ken, my new 550EX came today, now I have a manual to read. It
sounds more like a red-eye reduction scheme than a real modelling
light. However, it seems my EOS 55 can't use it. No big deal, I'd
never need it. Hey, the book never actually mentioned a 55, might as
well try it.
