Well, unlike the high-end/pro digicam's, the low-end range doesn't have to be tested in the field, by pro photographers, at pro sport/news events....so much less chance of rumors to start in the first place....:)) > What does this do to the 10D? The D30 was sold within a year (and replaced way too late), why couldn't the D10 face the same fate....;)) Nah, there has been an analog 300/500/3000/5000 low-end range around for quite some time, so the nomenclatura still holds, without conflicts. Canon needs 3 levels of digicams just like the analog range, even though the timing/frequence of successor models must drive the marketeers crazy....:)) -- Bye, Willem-Jan Markerink The desire to understand is sometimes far less intelligent than the inability to understand <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> [note: 'a-one' & 'en-el'!] * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
