I'm having the same problem (& getting the same message) since June.
Apparently the mail server has be getting swamped with *lots* of junk
mail. This is their temporary method of getting around the problem.

Rob

For those interested: we were talking about 100GB spam a day, all
sent to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
While each and every mail *not* containing a valid command would mean
that Majordomo replies to it by sending the help-file. In other
words: add several more 100GB pro day outgoing mail (since the
incoming 100GB would be small mails, while the outgoing help-file is
much larger).

If all goes according to plan, and our entire mail-server park
upgraded/untangled/protected, we might have things back to normal by
the end of this week.

FWIW: the amount of spam, worldwide, increases 5-10% each *month*.
April passed the 50% level, Mai 55%.
And the more loopholes are blocked by larger providers, the more
smaller providers like mine are forced to do the same, overnight
(with much less manpower).
