This makes the body GBP 800 and GBP 900 including the lens. So the price which I saw in my local Jessops window included the EF-S 18-55 lens, even although it was not there. So, I apologise to Jessops for suggesting that they were hopelessly overpriced. However, most sites are only asking GBP 750 for the body alone, and I have seen prices of GBP 845 including the lens.
