I'm thinking of buying a teleconverter to use with my Canon 100-400L. I was going to buy a Canon TC but the Sigma are cheaper and I've heard say that quality is quite good. I'd like to know if any one uses or has used this combination and if the Canon TC are worth the extra money. I haven't decided yet if I'm going to buy the 1.4X or the 2X. My primary use for this combo will be nature photography, namely birds.
