Nikon have announced a new model, the D2X.
The interesting thing is that it has a dual mode sensor, that can be used as
12.4 MP, for quality, or as 8 MP for speed.
Although at 12.4 MP this is larger than the 1DS, it is still a 1.5 multiplier, like all Nikons.
