Hi Everyone
Needed an opinion.
Assuming I can get the 17-40 I got off ebay working,
I'll be needinfg a nice tele zoom. 50-500 70-300 or
something like that. Forgetting about speed, what zoom
would give me the best results? I'd like something
that's super sharp and well built. I've looked at
opinions on the photo sites but very few seem
authoritative. In one, my Tokina 24-200 is described
as an excellent lens. But I see distortion and lack of
contrast throughout the range. Anyway, any opinions
are appreciated. I can only afford to buy this once!
