Another fun side use of this is to catch lightning with long exposurs
(clearly only useful at night-time).  Stormy outside?  Point your camera
in the general direction, set it to manual and just have the TC go at
it and take 15-30 second exposures non-stop until your card fills up
or your battery runs out.

Bud: the night-time sky is my nemesis currently - what's the trick to
actually get stars to show up?  Image stacking is all I've heard of
to date.  Our sky is so dark and chock full of them, you'd think it
would be easy.
