Hold off - I think we really just need to rebuild R modules older than a
certain point. I'm trying to find that point.
Looks like maybe only R-hdf5 and R-RScaLAPACK need to be rebuilt. I've
already created an R-hdf5 update and am working on R-RScaLAPACK.
Don't have a machine to test EL4.
