UDT uses UDP to transfer bulk data with its own eliability control and congestion control mechanisms. The new protocol can transfer data at a much higher speed than TCP does. UDT is also a highly configurable framework that can accommodate various congestion control algorithms. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- References: [ 1 ] Bug #1107441 - Review Request: udt - UDP based Data Transfer Protocol https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1107441 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- _______________________________________________ epel-devel mailing list epel-devel@lists.fedoraproject.org https://admin.fedoraproject.org/mailman/listinfo/epel-devel
