So Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.11 is supposed to be the last updated version of the series. I say supposed to be because a long time ago I was told 5.9 and then 5.10 were to be the last versions but that wasn't in a release announcement so I am thinking this is actually the last version. With that in mind, I was wondering what needs users have in the EPEL-5 trees and what we should focus on this tree as it goes sailing into the sunset of 2017 (extended contract support til 2020). I would be happy to act as an 'advocate' in this.
I'm not a user of EL5 anymore, but I think we need to address the python26 and django situation in EPEL5.
