Hi there are multiple ways to deal with this. The long term fix to get it
working for everyone is as Paul Howarth wrote and file a ticket in bugzilla.

The monit package is owned by user firewing1 (Stewat Adams). You can
contact him from https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/User:Firewing

The short term fix would be to create your own repository with the packages
you need and add that to the systems you are administrating. I find that
this is useful in cases where you need to have patches which upstream
aren't going to use or you need to custom build a package. A good howto on
doing this is at http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/CreateLocalRepos
