Now with GPG keys, unless there is a "master" public key to be shared for all repos, or unless the GPG key rests in the relevant nested directory which isn't, would you be able to add something like http://fedora.mirror.serversaustralia.com.au/epel/RPM-GPG-KEY-EPEL-$releasever too ?
