Well the archive will be live in /pub/archive/epel/5. Repoclosure and
similar tools should work there just like the people getting EPEL-4
are doing (all 20 of them) or Fedora 8 (all several thousand of them).
They should be able to get packages and such but no updates will
happen in those trees.
