I think this need to emphasize.
Ansible is both project and product. You can buy Ansible product from Red Hat. 
Then you get predictable EOL and support.

And you can install either packages from upstream Ansible project or install 
packages from Extra Packages repository.
But this is not a product. You get what you paid for.

The free stuff is for people who do not care (too much) if things get broken. 
When you operate important things, you
really should get support. It does not mean just somebody on the phone.

We (Red Hat people and lots of volunteers) are providing a lot of things for 
free. But we cannot do everything.
