Sorry for the delay.. I spent some time looking for a new repository
tree and it turns out they put it in the regular ones.

So everyone needing newer gcc. You can use dts-8 for aarch64/ppc64le and x86_64

[root@batcave01 rhel7][PROD]# ls -l
*/rhel-server-rhscl-7-rpms/Packages/ | grep -- "devtoolset-8-gcc-c++"
-rw-r--r--. 1 root sysadmin-main 10828196 Oct 23 08:02
devtoolset-8-gcc-c++-8.2.1-3.el7.aarch64.rpm
-rw-r--r--. 1 root sysadmin-main 12967892 Oct 23 07:55
devtoolset-8-gcc-c++-8.2.1-3.el7.ppc64le.rpm
-rw-r--r--. 1 root sysadmin-main  12366848 Oct 23 08:00
devtoolset-8-gcc-c++-8.2.1-3.el7.x86_64.rpm
