when it is testing a Beta in a new Major, I do not feel that
is an unreasonable expectation

There is also a .repo file which you may find useful at the
URL mentioned in a moment

That is an unexpected behaviour, new since the Bugzilla reqork
in the last few days, and with no obvious way to 'unlock' it
on my part as Reporter ;(

Anyone wanting to view it send me, off list, their RH
bugzilla account email address, and mention of this bug nuber,
and I will add as a 'cc' --- there is nothing 'secret' there
;)

I requested access to sources , and bug assignee Josh was kind
enough to point to:
        ftp://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/rhel/rhel-8-beta/

which are populated down sub links:

49M add-ons/ha/source/Packages/
49M add-ons/rs/source/Packages/
192M add-ons/rt/source/Packages/
8.9G appstream/source/Packages/
1.4G baseos/source/Packages/
