Ya, but it's getting opencv 3.4.6 I'm wondering if there is something wrong with RHEL's opencv-3.4.6. opencv-devel isn't pulling in opencv. I'm having to specifically BuildRequires it. At some point (opencv-3.4.6-2) they moved the cmake files from /usr/share/OpenCV/ to /usr/<lib>/cmake/OpenCV/ ^^^ That's the thing I'm guessing is the problem. Still investigating.
