Yep, that's on my todo list. I did the EPEL8 build back when Fedora was
on 0.4.x ... and was stuck on 0.3.8 because some of the dependencies
(that are in RHEL/CentOS proper) were too out of date.

I think libuv was one of them, and it's been updated for RHEL 8.4 after
I requested it, so I'll see if I can do an update later this week. Busy
wrapping up at work until then.
