Naively, I would like to see configs like this:

- centos-stream+epel-10-x86_64 (for non-branched EPEL 10.x on top of
CentOS Stream 10)
- alma+epel-10.0-x86_64 (for epel10.0 branch on top of AlmaLinux as
soon as 10.0 is released)
- alma+epel-10.1-x86_64 (for epel10.1 branch on top of AlmaLinux as
soon as 10.1 is released)
- etc.
