Hi all,

I'm hereby announcing my intent to retire "rust-comrak" (which
provides "comrak") from EPEL 9 in line with the EPEL Retirement Policy
for "No time or desire":
https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/epel/epel-policy-retirement/#process_no_time_or_desire

The "comrak" package provides "A 100% CommonMark-compatible GitHub
Flavored Markdown parser and formatter". The "rust-comrak" package
provides both a Rust library interface (rust-comrak-devel) and a
command-line application.

As far as I can tell, the package was only ever used via the Rust
library interface, but that is now no longer the case and it has been
a leaf library for quite some time. Additionally, back when it was
still needed as a library, the dependency pinned a quite old version
of comrak - we currently have v0.18.0, whereas the current version is
v0.43.0 - i.e. twenty-five (!) major versions behind!

I have retired the package from Fedora 43+ because it's (from what I
can tell) unused - (and nobody has even complained that we ship an
ancient version). There are no co-maintainers of this package other
than the Rust SIG, and clearly none of us were (or are) interested in
maintaining this package or keeping it up-to-date. The same reasoning
also applies to why I want to retire it from EPEL too.

If there is somebody who wants to keep this package available in EPEL
specifically, please let me know.

Fabio
