Please look at the following Chromium 143.0.7499.40-1.el9 package in
EPEL 9.7 earlier this week this package was update causing extreme mouse
scrolling slowness on web pages. The Linux distro used here is AlmaLInux
9.7. The bug that I reported to the Chromium
project:https://issues.chromium.org/issues/467875816 The slow mouse
scrolling does not occur in Almalinux 10.1 with Chromium
139.0.7258.138-1.el10_1.
