OpenUP configuration available. Maybe you should re-synch?

I missing something? In my CVS replication, I do not have a configuration.
Didn't we use to have OpenUP, which included the 2 plug-ins?
Before
I recreate it, I just wanted to make sure that I am not doing something
wrong...

cannot work on capability patterns without a configuration...
