I suggest we meet at the end of the Agile Conference in Toronto, Thursday Aug 7th and Friday Aug 8th. But we should decide soon because the conference hotel will book up quickly if it is not already booked up ( although if you a just planning to attend the F2F, it is likely there will be rooms for the 7th and 8th because a lot of people usually leave the agile conference by Thursday)

After the conference would be better, so we can invite people from the conference to join the meeting if they are around. However, it becomes too close to the EPF 1.5 release date (Aug 22). Committers and practice leads, are you available in that time-frame for a F2F meeting? After or before the conference? For how long? (2 days?)
