Please try the latest release of EPF Composer 1.5.1.1. Besides the link duplicattion caused by some versions of JDKs users happen to use, EPF Composer 1.5.1.1 also remove a couple of more link duplication scenarios when the library involved uses auto-synchronization for processes.

If it is the same issue it is not a bug in EPFC but in the JDK you are using. Not sure though.
