Hi John,
You should use 2.0.2. EPF Wiki is based on 2.0.2. The version is specified
in the file config/environment.rb
RAILS_GEM_VERSION = '2.0.2' unless defined? RAILS_GEM_VERSION

It might be possible to use a more recent version but certainly not the most
recent version. Unless there is a specific reason not to use 2.0.2. please
stick with that version. If you want to try another version you need to
specificy the version in enviroment.rb or provide it as a environment
variable.

If you need a more recent version I am willing to consider creating a patch.
But I will have to investigate first before I decide to do so given that I
need to find the time to create it.
