Thank you Ricardo for arranging the EPF webinar on PM Automation! I would
also like to thank all the participants for their time and interaction.

The lively question / answer session we had offered me a good insight into
what we could do further to help the EPF community. Publishing the PoP
Project EPF plug-in is one such item which we plan to do.

I would also like to offer additional clarification to your question of
whether resources can be assigned to tasks on Google docs attached to the
EPF ScrumPoP application (http://www.mypopproject.com/guide/11) which I
demonstrated. The good news from our team is that you can indeed assign
resources. You list the user stories in the common Product Backlog embedded
in the "Plan" task. You allocate the stories to specific tracks. With a one
time set up you would then be able to see the stories within the track level
Sprint Backlogs. You can subset the stories for a Sprint and then team
members can list tasks for the stories and place their initials against them
along with hours. On an ongoing basis you can view these stories and tasks
on the Kanban board attached to the Sprint Backlog (also shows task
assignments) and change their status. At all times the team can refer to EPF
content as needed.

Again I appreciate this opportunity.

Thanks,
Diwant
