It looks like there is a plugin available see for example http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg413285.aspx. I have done this for Git and Subversion in the past. I shared a very brief instruction on how this can be done some time ago http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/epf-dev/msg03635.html, that should give an idea of what is involved with integration EPF with Team Foundation Server.
