Not at the moment I think. However I would like to know why you want to choose the handler, instead of the default one (the same as nautilus). I find that giving a list of choice is often confusing to novice users. Just because there is a list they will feel obligated to see why there is a list, and often they don't really need to have any other app han the default or the one they choosed...
