Hi,
On http://www.cs.vu.nl/~reinout/RPMS/ I have placed an epiphany package with an experimental patch to improve toolbars and bookmarks. More info on the patch to be found on [1].
The packages are built on LE2005 upgraded with GNOME 2.10. If this leads to versioning problems you can try to rebuild it from the src rpm at http://www.cs.vu.nl/~reinout/SRPMS/. Please test and post your feedback to epiphany-list at gnome org.
