A quick comment this time. If I type CTRL+T to open a new tab doesn't
it make sense to set the focus to the location bar so that I can type
the location I want to visit? As it is if I want to visit another site
in a new tab it takes two commands CTRL+T then CTRL+L. It's a fairly
minor detail, but also seems like an easy enough fix.
