I think I heard of somebody working on a dialog for one of them (I
forget which), but that was a few months ago, so maybe that never
happened.

You can check on #epiphany on irc.gnome.org, but I've got a hunch nobody
is working on either config dialog. We definitely would like dialogs for
these extensions. (But I think the dialogs must look and behave quite
differently from the corresponding Firefox extensions' dialogs if
they're to get incorporated -- the latter are UI nightmares.)
