I have a problem with the new Flash Player 9 plugin from:
http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/flashplayer9.html
In Firefox's about:plugins it reports:
File name: libflashplayer.so
Shockwave Flash 9.0 d55
In Epiphany's about:plugins it reports:
File name: libflashplayer.so
Shockwave Flash 7.0 r63
This limits the flash files I can view (I have needs :P ). I've tried
removing ~/.gnome2/epiphany/mozilla, but no change. I've tried removing
~/.mozilla/plugins/libflashplayer.so, and the plugin disappears from
both Epiphany and Firefox. Restoring it brings both browsers back to the
above state.
I'm using Ubuntu Edgy, which seems to have Epiphany compiled against
Firefox. I'm guessing the flashplayer plugin does something stupid.
