half an hour ago, heise [1], one of the most important german it news sites, mentioned in an article on the khtml team switching to webkit [2] that
"webkit is the core not only of [safari], but also of nokia smartphones, adobe air _and the next version of epiphany, a linux browser for the gnome desktop environment, which up to now is using mozilla gecko" (german original: "WebKit steckt inzwischen nicht nur in dem Apple-Browser, sondern auch in Nokia-Smartphones <http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/73493>, in Adobe AIR <http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/90935> und in den kommenden Versionen von Epiphany, einem Linux-Browser für die Desktop-Umgebung GNOME, der bisher Mozilla Gecko nutzt.") am i missing something or did they make this up? neither the epiphany website [3] nor this mailing list said anything on that topic. regards chrysn [1] http://www.heise.de/ [2] http://www.heise.de/newsticker/meldung/93201 [3] http://www.gnome.org/projects/epiphany/ _______________________________________________ epiphany-list mailing list [email protected] http://mail.gnome.org/mailman/listinfo/epiphany-list
