Sorry Paulo, I sent this to you alone by accident. If you like small icons, you can actually change that across all of GNOME, thus ensuring that you will never be bothered by big toolbars again. (At least not in the applications that matter :P) Change the gconf key /desktop/gnome/interface/toolbar_style to "icons", and you will be most pleased. This key can also be changed via Appearance preferences, under the Interface tab.
