Hi all, I've turned my previous design page [1] into a design specification. The page (which still needs some work) describes some of the key usability and design problems with browser interfaces. It is intended to provide the basis for Epiphany redesign work that may take place in the future. Please feel free to contribute!
I don't know whether there is any interest amongst Epiphany developers to improve Epiphany's interface. If such an interest does exist, it would be great to go through a proper design process and to get input from the GNOME design community. I think we could come up with something really exciting if we were to do that. I've already seen one design proposal which looks very very cool indeed. Let me know if there is an interest in developing Epiphany's interface further. I'd be happy to do more work on the design specification, to elaborate the design ideas that I've already seen, and to solicit suggestions from the design community.
