Well when I opened gconf-editor these configurations were already made.
This is what I did `manually' before. I says:
command  claws-mail --compose %s
enabled  [ checked box ]
And below (english see below):

Kurzbeschreibung:               (Nicht vorhanden)
Ausf"uhrliche Beschreibung:     (Nicht vorhanden)
in English this should be something like
