An update on this: > We have three major crashes right now: > > Crash in _gtk_css_value_ref due to NULL value > https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=747422
This is fixed upstream. It turned out to be an Epiphany bug after all. This was the bug that was making Epiphany crash very frequently. > www.theonion.com may hang entire desktop > https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126122 This one is mitigated in Fedora; it won't bring down your computer anymore, just the one Epiphany tab that is affected by the bug. I don't know if the mitigation will be accepted upstream, though. > Crash when WebCore::SQLiteFileSystem::openDatabase is called from > multiple threads https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=143245 This issue is outstanding, but in retrospect it's not really serious enough for Epiphany to include it on this list, since it occurs much less frequently than the above issues. > [GStreamer] Crashes during plugin installation > https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=144099 > > [GStreamer] unrelated codecs required to play videos > https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=135972 These two still need to be fixed. I think there might be a third bug that needs to be fixed for video playback to work after those two are fixed; not sure. Anyway, I am happily using Epiphany again; I only keep Firefox around now for YouTube.
